Welcome to Signalloopstr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Signalloopstr Media Ltd (Company No. 14892014), regarding your access to and use of signalloopstr.hair and all related match telemetry feeds.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, accessing, or utilizing any feature of this web application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our platform.
2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, custom CSS styling, compiled telemetry frameworks, graphics, and textual analysis created by Signalloopstr are the protected intellectual property of Signalloopstr Media Ltd. Club names, logos, tournament designations (such as UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League), and match trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced strictly for editorial, informational, and descriptive reporting purposes under Fair Dealing and Fair Use doctrines.
3. Permitted & Prohibited Use
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our match center and statistical databases for personal, informational, and non-commercial analysis. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest tournament telemetry data at frequencies designed to disrupt server performance.
- Bypass or tamper with any rate-limiting security mechanisms or authentication headers.
- Reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary match statistics in commercial data feeds without explicit licensing agreements.
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or automated bot scripts.
4. Telemetry Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While Signalloopstr makes rigorous efforts to ensure match telemetry accuracy, Expected Goals (xG) metrics and match datasets are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Signalloopstr Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data inaccuracies, transmission delays, or reliance placed upon statistical predictions.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
